I worked for 9 years as head of the design department at one of UralAZ's suppliers,
designed the heavily loaded structures of new "Ural" vehicles from metal and composite,
technological and auxiliary equipment. Was involved in all aspects of new heavy-duty trucks design:
preliminary design, detailed design, testing, production start-up. Responsible for the quality of parts supplied to the assembly line,
product certification and compliance with ISO 9000 requirements of manufacturing process,
implemented LEAN technology.
